Job summary

UPS is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead and develop Package Handlers, ensuring safety, productivity, and accuracy in a high-energy warehouse environment. You will drive attendance, coaching, and performance improvements across the team, aligning with UPS policies and OSHA requirements.

Qualified candidates will demonstrate strong communication, flexibility for shift hours, and a Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent. Management experience is a plus in this permanent role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent required or preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs (32 kgs) and work in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Package Handlers and train workgroups in safety, production, and attendance.
• Set and maintain high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, and safety.
• Lead and foster a positive, team-oriented environment with proactive communication and collaboration.
• Implement personal development plans for department personnel.
• Ensure comprehensive orientation, skills and safety training, and ongoing coaching for staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures at all times.
