Job summary

UPS is seeking a supervisor for Package Handlers in the United States. The role focuses on training, safety, productivity, and attendance, and building effective relationships across all levels of the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs and work flexible shift hours up to 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Package Handlers and train workgroups for safety, production, and attendance.
• Lead to maintain standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, and safety.
• Develop and implement employee development plans; provide orientation and coaching.
