Job summary

Qualifications

• Safety-first attitude and adherence to company safety policies/procedures.
• Ability to enforce NXAL policies and ensure compliance by associates.
• Ability to assign duties to meet daily functions, production schedules, and customer needs.
• Experience working with PIV equipment (forklifts, tuggers, pallet jacks, etc.).
• Review work for accuracy, timeliness, and safety across processes.
• Knowledge of NXAL ISO 9001 and 14001 standards and applying them in practice.
• Familiarity with computer systems and MS Office and SAP for daily tasks.
• Provide effective training to department associates.
• Collaborate with team and management to resolve work-related issues.
• Occasional overtime and cross-functional duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with colleagues to solve problems and improve processes.
• Fill in for associates when needed to meet production goals.
