Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate Warehouse Personnel and activities to meet productivity goals and maintenance functions.
• Coordinate new and current employee training including safety and SOPs.
• Collaborate with internal and external customers to resolve discrepancies relating to shipping, receiving and inventory.
• Prepare work schedules including assignments, breaks, overtime and vacation coverage.
• Review personnel time and attendance; address performance issues and corrective actions.
