Job summary

NX Automotive Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Dispatcher Clerk in South Carolina to join our team. The role coordinates yard trailer movements, assigns tasks in SAP, and ensures timely and accurate documentation for outbound shipments.

You will monitor trailer status, support drivers with freight paperwork, and collaborate with dispatch, carriers, and customers to meet KPI expectations. Cross-training across inbound/outbound roles is required.

Qualifications

• Prior dispatcher coordination experience.
• Knowledge of warehousing and transportation functions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Reliable and adaptable to shifting schedules.
• Proficient with SAP and YSP Yard Management System.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, monitor and communicate yard trailer movements via SAP.
• Assign trailer movements to yard contractors via SAP.
• Create PTAs via SAP and prepare documentation for urgent orders.
• Support drivers with necessary freight paperwork and logs.
• Monitor shipment progress and escalate outbound issues as needed.
• Maintain effective communication with leadership, drivers, carriers, dispatch team, third-party reps and customers.
