Job summary

Reyes Holdings is seeking a warehouse supervisor to plan daily manpower for the current day and week, coordinating safety, productivity, and reliability. You will lead daily shift meetings and assign tasks to ensure efficient operations and adherence to SOPs at our Garner, NC facility.

The role requires 3–5+ years in warehouse work and some people leadership experience, with a preference for candidates holding an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of warehouse experience and 0–1+ years of people leadership, or 5+ years of warehouse experience with 2–3+ years of people leadership.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily manpower requirements for current day and week, keeping overtime to a minimum.
• Conduct daily shift meetings, communicating safety and operational messages, taking suggestions and answering questions.
• Assign daily work duties to warehouse workers ensuring safety, service and productivity and reliability requirements are met.
• Manage work flows efficiently.
• Provide training, support and direction to employees to ensure understanding of and adherence to SOPs.
• Maintain statistical information on employees, productivity, reliability, and equipment.
