Job summary

Reyes Holdings is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Atlanta, GA to plan daily manpower for current day and week, conduct shift meetings, and assign duties to ensure safety, service, productivity, and reliability. The role includes training staff, maintaining productivity metrics, and handling additional duties as assigned.

The position requires at least an Associate’s Degree with warehouse experience and some leadership exposure, with a preferred Bachelor’s Degree.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree with 3–5+ years of warehouse experience and 0–1+ years of people leadership experience.
• High School Diploma/General Education Degree with 5+ years of warehouse experience and 2–3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily manpower requirements for current day and week, keeping overtime to a minimum.
• Conduct daily shift meetings, communicating safety and operational messages, taking suggestions and answering questions.
• Assign daily work duties to warehouse workers ensuring safety, service and productivity and reliability requirements are met.
• Manage work flows efficiently.
• Provide training, support and direction to employees to ensure understanding of and adherence to SOPs.
• Maintain statistical information on employees, productivity, reliability, and equipment.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.

Education
