Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group in Garner, NC is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to plan daily manpower, lead shift meetings, assign duties, and ensure safety, service, and productivity across the operation.

The role requires an Associate’s Degree with 3–5+ years of warehouse experience and 0–1+ years of leadership, or a high school diploma with 5+ years of warehouse experience and 2–3+ years of leadership. A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree with 3–5+ years of warehouse experience and 0–1+ years of people leadership experience
• High School Diploma/General Education Degree with 5+ years of warehouse experience and 2–3+ years of people leadership experience
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily manpower requirements for current day and week, keeping overtime to a minimum
• Conduct daily shift meetings, communicating safety and operational messages, taking suggestions and answering questions
• Assign daily work duties to warehouse workers ensuring safety, service and productivity and reliability requirements are met
• Manage workflows efficiently
• Provide training, support and direction to employees to ensure understanding of SOPs
• Maintain statistical information on employees, productivity, reliability, and equipment
• Other projects or duties as assigned
