Job summary

Reyes Holdings is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Garner, NC to plan and execute daily manpower needs for the current day and week, while keeping overtime to a minimum. The role requires leading daily shift meetings, assigning tasks to warehouse workers, and ensuring safety, service, and productivity targets are met.

The candidate should have an Associate’s Degree with 3–5 years of warehouse experience and some people leadership experience; a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Plan and execute daily manpower requirements, minimizing overtime.
• Lead daily shift meetings, share safety and operational messages, solicit feedback.

Responsibilities

• Assign daily work duties to warehouse workers ensuring safety and productivity.
• Manage workflows efficiently and track productivity metrics.
• Provide training, support and direction to employees to ensure SOP adherence.
• Maintain statistical information on employees, productivity, reliability, and equipment.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.
