Responsibilities

• Trains and supervises Package Handlers and Clerks on safety and productivity.
• Holds teams accountable for attendance and timecard submission.
• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Coordinates evaluations with management.
• Supervises daily activities to ensure tasks are done safely and on time.
