Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a Warehouse Operations Lead at the ROC in Phoenix, AZ. Starting pay is $23.99 per hour to manage donated product flow, inventory, and team performance while ensuring safety and customer service standards.

The role requires 2+ years supervisory experience, High School Diploma, forklift certification or ability to obtain, and OSHA familiarity. Benefits include a comprehensive Total Rewards package and a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years supervisory experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, train, and motivate others.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• Qualified, or ability to become a qualified, Forklift Operator.
• Familiarity with OSHA Regulations regarding Warehouse Operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provides feedback to Warehouse Operations Leadership on day-to-day operations to maintain and improve efficiency.
• Assists manager with scheduling and controlling expenses.
• Ensures inventory distribution and organization are efficient.
• Delivers excellent customer service to vendors and customers.
• Keeps ROC location clean and reflects the Goodwill brand.
• Maintains day-to-day operations of the Warehouse Operations Department.
• Communicates with ROC partner departments on status of equipment and staffing.
• Makes day-to-day operation decisions within the area.
• Prepares daily work assignments and determines equipment and staffing needs.
• Ensures safety rules are followed and PPE is used.
