Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a 1st shift Supervisor to lead the Warehouse Operations Team at the ROC in Phoenix. You will coordinate donations, storage, movement, loading/unloading, and inventory control while upholding safety policies and Goodwill standards.

The role requires experience supervising others, English proficiency, and forklift capability. A high school diploma is required and OSHA familiarity is beneficial for site operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years supervisory experience or equivalent work experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, train, and motivate others.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• Qualified, or ability to become a qualified, Forklift Operator.
• Familiarity with OSHA Regulations regarding Warehouse Operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Regular and consistent in-person attendance.

Responsibilities

• Provides feedback to Warehouse Operations Leadership to improve efficiency and resolve problems.
• Assists manager with scheduling and controlling expenses.
• Ensures inventory distribution and organization are efficient.
• Delivers excellent customer service to vendors and customers.
• Maintains ROC cleanliness and reflects the Goodwill brand.
• Manages day-to-day operations and staffing needs.
• Communicates with partner departments on status of equipment and product.
