Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead a team at the ROC in Phoenix. You will oversee donations processing, storage, and inventory control, while ensuring safety and quality customer service.

Responsibilities include staffing, scheduling, teammate coaching, and coordinating with partner departments. A forklift cert is preferred; prior OSHA knowledge and proficiency with MS Office are valued assets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, train, and motivate others.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• Qualified, or ability to become a qualified, Forklift Operator.
• Familiarity with OSHA Regulations regarding Warehouse Operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position.
• Regular and consistent in-person attendance.

Responsibilities

• Provides feedback to Warehouse Operations Leadership on day-to-day operations to improve efficiency.
• Assists manager with scheduling and controlling expenses.
• Ensures inventory distribution and organization are efficient.
• Delivers excellent customer service to vendors and customers.
• Maintains ROC location cleanliness and reflects Goodwill brand.
• Manages day-to-day operations of Warehouse Operations Department.
• Communicates with partner departments on equipment, product, staffing and information status.
• Makes day-to-day operation decisions within defined area.
• Prepares daily work assignments including equipment and staffing needs.
• Ensures quality service standards and conducts forklift audits.
• Operates forklift when needed and maintains certification.
• Follows safety rules and uses required safety equipment.
• Reports unsafe conditions and hazards promptly.
• Aids in building a high-performing team and safety culture.
• Participates in performance management and staff development.
• Supports culture change initiatives and ownership by embodying core values.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
