Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona in Phoenix is seeking a dedicated team member to lead a donor-driven store experience. You will process donations, label items, assist customers, and help maintain the production room and sales floor. This role emphasizes safety, service, and accuracy in handling goods.

Starting pay is $15.15 per hour with a comprehensive Total Rewards package after 60 days, including medical plans, an HRA, dental and vision, a 401K, life insurance, EAP, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to pass a forklift certification class.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Accepts all donations from customers, providing outstanding customer service.
• Label Gaylords correctly.
• Provide receipts to donors for donations.
• Inquire about hazardous donations and direct proper disposal.
• Write up sales tickets and signs for large items.
• Assist customers with loading/unloading furniture or other items.
• Maintain merchandise placement and organization per standards.
• Assist in loading/unloading onto/off trucks or trailers.
