Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead the ROC team, manage donations, inventory, and safety, and ensure great service to vendors and customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years supervisory experience or equivalent work experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, train, and motivate others.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• Qualified, or ability to become a qualified, Forklift Operator.
• Familiarity with OSHA Regulations regarding Warehouse Operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position.
• Regular and consistent in-person attendance.

Responsibilities

• Leads and directs the Warehouse Operations Team at the ROC for GCNA.
• Monitor daily/weekly reports to understand inventory trends and team performance.
• Ensure safety policies are followed and PPE is worn.
• Schedule and control expenses; ensure efficient operations.
• Maintain clean, organized ROC and high level of customer service.
• Coordinate with partner departments on equipment, staffing and information.
