Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a team member to lead an excellent customer and brand experience in-store, handling donations, labeling items, and assisting with loading and sales tasks. The role supports production room and sales floor organization and requires strong customer service and safety practices.

Position may require forklift certification and adherence to company policies; 18+ years old and able to pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to pass forklift certification class.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for the position.

Responsibilities

• Accept all donations from customers, providing outstanding customer service.
• Label Gaylords correctly.
• Ensure a receipt is offered to each donor.
• Inquire about hazardous products and provide disposal locations.
• Write up sales tickets and signs for furniture and large items.
• Assist customers with loading/unloading to/from vehicles.
• Maintain merchandise placement and production room organization.
• Cross‑train in other store positions as needed.
• Maintain regular in‑person attendance.
