Job summary

You will coordinate with carriers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and improve processes. Responsibilities include maintaining shipment records, verifying deliveries against orders, printing labels, and complying with GMP/SOP standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with five years of related experience.
• Experience in GMP and distribution environments, preferably food and/or pharmaceutical.
• Knowledge of CFR 49.
• Strong reading, writing, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records of all incoming shipments, including item descriptions, quantities, and discrepancies.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments; contact carriers, sales reps, vendors, brokers, etc.
• Verify deliveries according to orders and invoices (quantity, quality, price).
• Analyze and document system process flow; propose improvements and document procedures.
• Prepare and print shipping labels; ensure proper handling and routing of items.
• Comply with safety, GMP, and SOPs; maintain a clean, safe work area.
