Job summary

KeyTronic coordinates activities of workers in a warehouse and distribution environment in a fast-paced setting. The role reviews workloads, organizes resources to meet daily requirements, and analyzes work issues to drive efficiency.

Key responsibilities include coordinating training, ensuring safety compliance, and assisting in staffing and performance reviews as well as supporting shift operations and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with progressive leadership experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, memos and reports.
• Ability to write routine and non-routine reports and correspondence.
• Strong math skills including ability to calculate discounts, interest and percentages.
• Capability to apply basic algebra and statistics.
• Able to solve practical problems in variable situations.
• Advanced computer and peripheral equipment skills.

Responsibilities

• Proficient in the use of Warehouse Management Systems.
• Addresses employee problems and recommends disciplinary action.
• Coordinates and schedules training programs and cross-training.
• Participates in performance reviews with Manager and provides input.
• Ensures workplace safety and process improvements with approvals.
• Assists in training personnel and coordinating shift activities.
• Maintains staffing levels based on workload requirements.
• Supports Supervisors on projects and other duties as assigned.
• Oversees overall operation of the assigned area.
