Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Lead to train and guide warehouse associates and forklift operators, ensuring daily tasks are completed safely and efficiently. You will back up the supervisor, manage inventory controls, and support shipping/receiving across the facility in Wisconsin.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred and able to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach warehouse associates and forklift drivers, providing training as needed.
• Perform PIT operation and annual recertification training.
• Support shipping/receiving, inventory control, and other warehouse tasks as required.
• Complete paperwork per SOPs and regulatory requirements (DOT, IATA, IMDG).
• Back up supervisor and assist with daily safety and production checks.
