Qualifications

  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable transportation.

Warehouse Team Lead

Location: Southaven

Schedule: Multiple Shifts Available

Pay Rate: $24/hour

Lead Warehouse Operations and Drive Team Success

We are seeking a motivated and hands‑on Warehouse Team Lead to oversee daily warehouse and fulfillment operations while leading a team of warehouse associates. This role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence across receiving, picking, packing, shipping, inventory control, safety, and productivity initiatives.

The ideal candidate is an experienced warehouse leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, develops high-performing teams, and is passionate about safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development
  • Lead, coach, and motivate warehouse associates to achieve operational goals.
  • Provide training, onboarding, and performance guidance to team members.
  • Foster a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment.
  • Monitor attendance, productivity, and adherence to company standards.
  • Assist with workforce planning and staffing to meet operational demands.
Warehouse Operations
  • Oversee daily receiving, shipping, picking, packing, returns, and inventory activities.
  • Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and on time.
  • Coordinate workflow and labor allocation based on business priorities.
  • Monitor productivity and quality metrics to drive operational performance.
  • Support inventory accuracy and proper product placement throughout the facility.
Safety & Compliance
  • Promote a strong safety culture and ensure adherence to company safety policies and procedures.
  • Conduct safety observations and address hazards proactively.
  • Ensure all associates are properly trained on equipment and warehouse processes.
  • Support sanitation and housekeeping initiatives to maintain a clean and organized facility.
  • Investigate and report safety concerns, incidents, and near misses as required.
Equipment & Process Management
  • Oversee the safe operation of forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
  • Ensure equipment certifications and training requirements are maintained.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  • Adapt staffing and workflows to support changing operational needs.
Qualifications
Required
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, and pull for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 35 pounds regularly.
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse environment and at heights when necessary.
  • Flexibility to work overtime and varying schedules based on business needs.

Pay Details

$24.00 per hour
