Adecco is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Southaven, MS to support warehouse operations. You will receive shipments, stock, pick/pack, ship, and manage inventory using RF scanners and warehouse systems to ensure accuracy. A safe, efficient workspace and adherence to policies are expected.

Several shifts are available with mandatory overtime possible; pay ranges from $17.00 to $18.50 per hour plus benefits and development courses through Adecco Aspire Academy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Entry-level applicants encouraged to apply; warehouse experience a plus.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to follow safety guidelines.

• Sunday - Wednesday: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
• Sunday - Wednesday: 7:00 PM - 5:30 AM
• Thursday - Saturday: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Thursday - Saturday: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Inbound

• Monday - Friday: 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM
• Monday - Friday: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

(Mandatory overtime may be required)

About the Role

As a Warehouse Associate supported by Adecco, you will play a vital role in maintaining smooth warehouse operations. Your day-to-day tasks include receiving shipments, stocking shelves, picking and packing orders, shipping, and managing inventory with precision. You'll use RF scanners and warehouse systems to ensure accurate tracking and storage. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment while meeting productivity standards is a key aspect of your responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, reach, push, pull, and lift up to 30 lbs. throughout shifts.
• Willingness to work mandatory overtime as needed.

Pay Details: $17.00 to $18.50 per hour
