Job summary

The Warehouse Operations Coordinator at Fujifilm Holdings America Corporation will oversee the efficient operation of our South Greenwood, South Carolina warehouse, supervise a team, ensure accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory processes, and uphold safety and security protocols.

You will monitor KPIs, delegate tasks, and align daily workflows with company objectives while fostering a positive culture and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience as a team lead in warehouse/logistics.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory, and shipping/receiving.
• Proficient with SAP warehouse management system.
• Forklift certification.
• Ability to read English and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and support warehouse team members.
• Delegate daily responsibilities and set performance expectations.
• Monitor attendance, timekeeping, and productivity.
