Job summary

FUJIFILM Americas is seeking a Warehouse Operations Coordinator in Greenwood, SC to oversee daily warehouse activities, supervise staff, and ensure accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory processes.

You will monitor KPIs, enforce safety protocols, and collaborate cross-functionally to align with company goals, while maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership, SAP WM knowledge, and forklift certification are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a team lead role within a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and shipping/receiving procedures.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiar with SAP warehouse management system.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory requirements applicable to warehouse environments.
• Forklift certification.
• Ability to read English and perform basic math functions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and support warehouse team members to ensure tasks are performed efficiently and accurately.
• Delegate daily responsibilities and establish clear expectations for performance.
• Monitor employee attendance, timekeeping, and overall productivity.
• Maintain positive team culture, addressing conflicts or concerns professionally.
• Promote and encourage site safety to associates.
• Report and correct unsafe conditions or equipment within the facility.
