Job summary

The Warehouse Operations Coordinator at Fujifilm Holdings America Corporation will oversee the efficient operation of our South Greenwood, South Carolina warehouse, supervise a team, ensure accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory processes, and uphold safety and security protocols.

You will monitor KPIs, delegate tasks, and align daily workflows with company objectives while fostering a positive culture and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• Forklift certification.
• Ability to read English and perform basic math.

This role involves managing a team of warehouse staff, maintaining safety and security protocols, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensuring that daily workflow aligns with company objectives.

• Supervise, train, and support warehouse team members to ensure all tasks are performed efficiently and accurately.
• Delegate daily responsibilities and establish clear expectations for performance.
• Monitor employee attendance, timekeeping, and overall productivity.
• Maintain positive team culture, addressing any conflicts or concerns in a professional manner.
• Promote and encourage site safety to associates.
• Report and correct any unsafe conditions or equipment within the facility.

Required Skills/Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven experience in a team lead role within a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and shipping/receiving procedures.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiar with (SAP) warehouse management system.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory requirements applicable to warehouse environments.
• Forklift certification.
• Ability to read English and perform basic math functions.

Desired Skills
