Job summary

Hamilton Medical is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead in Reno, NV to drive on-time delivery of lifesaving equipment and to lead a focused warehouse team. You will coach, motivate, and direct staff to achieve daily targets in picking, packing, and shipping while upholding safety and quality standards.

You will utilize an ERP system, manage inventory, and coordinate with production to ensure timely parts movement.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Experience with shipping, receiving, and inventory processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Warehouse Team to meet daily targets and ensure accuracy.
• Coach and motivate staff while maintaining safety, quality, and teamwork.
• Process shipments using ERP and validate inventory against packing lists.
• Open/close the warehouse, complete shift reports, and communicate goals.
• Coordinate material flow between warehouse and production facility.
