Job summary

Hamilton Medical is seeking a detail-oriented shipping associate for the swing shift (Mon-Fri, 3:30 pm - 12:00 am) in Reno, NV. You will pull orders, package instruments, and coordinate domestic and international shipments while maintaining accurate logs and compliance with safety procedures.

Ideal candidates will have experience with UPS/FedEx/DHL, ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred), and advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Must have experience using major shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL).
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems; Microsoft Dynamics preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills and inventory control experience.

Responsibilities

• Pull orders accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Prepare products for shipment with proper packaging, labeling, and carrier documentation.
• Follow shipping/receiving procedures and maintain accurate shipping logs.
