Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in warehousing environment required.
- Technical certificate and/or LEAP/CTE preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Warehouse Team to achieve daily operational targets in picking, packing, and shipping.
- Coach and motivate staff; maintain safety and quality standards.
- Use ERP system to process shipments and perform basic inventory transactions.
- Load/unload trucks and move equipment as needed.
- Open/close warehouse area and complete end-of-shift reports.
- Coordinate material flow to production and assist with inventory investigations.
