Job summary

Xpedient Logistics in Reno, NV is hiring a Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations, drive efficiency, and uphold safety protocols. The role requires leadership to coordinate a team and ensure timely, accurate processing of goods.

You will supervise receiving, storage, and distribution, perform cycle counts, monitor quality, and train new staff. This position runs Monday to Friday, 6am to 2:30pm, with competitive wages and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in warehouse or logistics, with 1+ year in leadership.
• Highly desirable: training or certification in logistics or supply chain management.
• Experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or auditing.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of inventory management software and systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, guide, and support warehouse associates in daily tasks.
• Assign and monitor work to ensure timely, accurate completion.
• Oversee receiving, storage, and distribution of products.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits.
• Monitor product quality and report discrepancies.
• Implement quality control measures to minimize errors and returns.
• Ensure adherence to warehouse safety standards.
• Maintain and operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks).
• Schedule routine maintenance and repairs.
• Train new employees on procedures and best practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
