Job summary

DSV Air & Sea Inc. in Miami, FL is seeking a Team Lead, Warehouse to coordinate daily warehouse operations, lead a designated team, and ensure accurate, efficient handling of products while maintaining safety standards.

This role serves as the first point of contact for team members, supports the Supervisor or Manager, and drives productivity, inventory control, and adherence to SOPs with forklift experience and MHE certification preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year experience in a logistics/distribution environment.
• 2-3 years forklift experience and MHE certification.
• Fluent in English (oral and written).

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of warehouse associates in daily operations including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
• Assign and monitor work to ensure productivity, accuracy, and safety.
• Load orders accurately according to doors and trailers.
• Train new and existing associates on SOPs (shipping, receiving, picking, quality control).
• Provide coaching and feedback to team members and escalate issues to Supervisor/Manager.
