Job summary

You will coach team members, support onboarding, and drive 5S and continuous improvement initiatives while upholding Life Saving Policies.

Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years in warehouse roles with supervisory experience and a solid grasp of EHS/OSHA standards, plus strong communication within a team-based, high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of warehouse or material control experience in industrial/manufacturing settings.
• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with EHS/OSHA rules and hazardous material handling.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day warehouse shift activities and provide clear direction.
• Coach and support team members; participate in annual performance reviews with supervisor.
• Oversee onboarding, training and documentation for new hires.
• Coordinate shipping, receiving and material storage to meet production needs.
• Promote safety culture and support 5S and continuous improvement.
