Job summary

Johnson Matthey in Smithfield, PA is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead to steer daily shift activities, ensure accuracy and on-time material flow, and uphold a strong safety culture.

You will coach technicians, support onboarding, coordinate shipping/receiving, and drive improvements including 5S initiatives, in a high-volume, team-based operation. The role requires a high school diploma, 2–3 years in warehousing, and supervisory experience; proficiency with MS Office is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; higher education preferred.
• 2–3 years warehouse or material control experience in industry.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of EHS, OSHA and hazardous material handling.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day warehouse shift activities with clear direction and support.
