Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; an engineering/technical qualification is advantageous.
• Experience supervising teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing tools and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to lead and coordinate shift-based teams effectively.
• Flexibility to train across shifts and work a 2nd shift schedule (3:00 PM to 11:00 PM).

Responsibilities

• Lead safe production operations and ensure safety compliance.
• Coordinate staffing, schedules, and resources to meet production, quality, and on-time delivery targets.
• Drive operational efficiency through Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Maintain accountability for in-process precious metal materials, including security and inventory control.
• Support employee development through training, performance guidance and workforce planning.
• Collaborate with maintenance and leadership to improve equipment reliability and operational performance.
