Johnson Matthey Plc is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead in Smithfield, PA to guide daily shift activities, ensuring safe practices and efficient material flow to production. Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of warehouse or material control experience in industrial/manufacturing settings.
• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with EHS/OSHA rules and hazardous material handling.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day warehouse shift activities and provide clear direction.
• Coach and support team members; participate in annual performance reviews with supervisor.
• Oversee onboarding, training and documentation for new hires.
• Coordinate shipping, receiving and material storage to meet production needs.
