Job summary

ITS Logistics seeks a Warehouse Lead at our Reno/Sparks warehouses. This role directs a team in receiving, counting, auditing, and shipping, ensuring inventory accuracy and timely order fulfillment. You will manage material handling, packaging, and movement to delivery vehicles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years warehouse experience with shipping, receiving and forklift experience.
• Forklift certification required or obtainable within 30 days.
• Experience with cycle counting, auditing, picking, packing and shipping.
• Ability to lead people to achieve goals.
• Strong work ethic and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead a warehouse team in receiving, counting, auditing and shipping.
• Perform order picking and auditing functions accurately.
• Receive goods and complete associated paperwork.
• Replenish pick lines and ensure stock readiness.
• Wrap and label outbound pallets and operate motorized equipment safely.
• Maintain clean work area and follow sanitation schedule.
• Communicate effectively with peers, management and customer service.
• Learn new tasks and support customers with initiative.
