Local Crafts is seeking an experienced Warehouse Lead of Inventory to support our Grand Prairie warehouse team. This role ensures inventory is accurate, organized, and moved efficiently, collaborating with the full warehouse staff to resolve discrepancies and support cycle counts.

The successful candidate has hands-on warehouse and inventory experience, strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach to maintaining correct storage locations and processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience with inventory control.
• Lead/mentorship experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to investigate discrepancies.
• Comfortable working with inventory systems and processes.
• Clear communicator who explains procedures to the team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory throughout the warehouse.
• Perform cycle counts and audits.
• Investigate discrepancies and determine root cause.
• Verify quantities, locations, and item information.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, replenishment, and picking.
• Support onboarding and training on inventory processes.
