Job summary

Local Crafts is seeking an experienced Warehouse Lead of Inventory to support our Grand Prairie warehouse team. The role focuses on keeping inventory accurate, organized, and moving efficiently throughout the warehouse.

The lead will collaborate with teams to resolve discrepancies, support cycle counts, and ensure proper storage and tracking of products. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on warehouse and inventory experience, keen attention to detail, and the ability to investigate

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience with inventory control, cycle counting, or related operations.
• Prior lead, training, or mentorship experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of inventory accuracy and warehouse organization.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory throughout the warehouse and perform cycle counts/audits.
• Investigate discrepancies and identify root causes before adjustments.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, replenishment, picking, and other warehouse activities.
• Support onboarding and training related to inventory processes and organization.
• Communicate issues to warehouse leadership and collaborate with teams to resolve them.
