Job summary

Staffmark Group in Dallas, TX is hiring a Warehouse Lead to keep teams moving and operations tight. The role pays $25.00 per hour and runs 8 AM–4:30 PM, Monday–Friday, with hands-on leadership of the warehouse floor.

You will supervise shifts, manage shipping/receiving, inventory counts, and ensure safety and organization. A forklift cert and proficiency with Microsoft Office or warehouse systems help you succeed; you’ll drive efficiency and accuracy across the facility.

Qualifications

• Must have leadership experience in a warehouse setting.
• Experience supervising a warehouse team and coordinating daily operations.
• Forklift certification and ability to operate material handling equipment.
• Experience with shipping, receiving, inventory control and warehouse processes.
• Valid driver's license with clean record and ability to drive company vehicle.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and warehouse systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations and supervise the team.
• Load, unload, inspect, organize, and stage shipments.
• Maintain accurate inventory and shipping/receiving records.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
