Job summary

Creative Innovation Inc in Houston, TX is seeking a reliable Warehouse Team Lead to support daily operations and guide frontline staff. The role focuses on coordinating tasks, maintaining accuracy, and ensuring safety.

You will oversee receiving, put-away, picking, packing, labeling, shipping, and inventory-counting, mentor new employees, monitor quality, and report issues. This full-time on-site position offers competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics.
• Experience in e-commerce fulfillment or overseas logistics preferred.
• Knowledge of receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory procedures.
• Previous experience leading frontline employees or a small warehouse team preferred.
• Experience using WMS, PDA/RF scanners, barcode scanners or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Warehouse Supervisor in coordinating daily warehouse operations.
• Lead team members in receiving, put-away, picking, packing, labeling, shipping, and inventory-counting activities.
• Assign daily tasks based on workload and priorities.
• Monitor work progress and quality to reduce shipping errors, missing items, and inventory discrepancies.
• Train and support new employees on warehouse procedures, equipment use, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.
• Identify and promptly report operational issues, inventory discrepancies, equipment problems, and safety concerns.
• Assist with employee coordination, attendance monitoring, workflow management, and shift handoffs.
• Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned.
