Collectors is seeking a Warehouse Lead in Plano, TX to guide the Warehouse Team and meet department goals. You will report to the Warehouse Manager and be onsite five days a week to ensure smooth operations and accurate inventory control.

You will supervise staff, optimize processes, monitor metrics, and collaborate with HQ on projects while maintaining a safe, compliant workspace and a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams or supervising staff.
• Strong ability to analyze data and generate reports.
• Proficient in MS Excel and other PC skills.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: monitor stock levels, cycle counts and audits.
• Team Leadership: supervise and train warehouse staff, assign tasks, provide feedback.
• Performance Management: monitor team performance and report metrics.
• Operational Efficiency: prioritize tasks, optimize layout and inventory placement.
• Collaboration: work with other departments and HQ on projects.
