Responsibilities

• Lead and support activities to ensure work is accurate, safe, and on schedule.
• Monitor workflow, handling, labeling, and order prep for quality and procedures.
• Help train team on safety rules, operating instructions, and standard work.
• Communicate with employees, supervisors, and leaders about priorities and needs.
• Identify and resolve routine problems promptly and practically.
• Complete routine docs and computer-based reports accurately.
• Follow and enforce all safety rules.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
