You will coordinate activities across areas, follow procedures, and communicate with staff and internal customers to resolve routine issues.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 2–5 years warehouse experience, strong communication skills, basic PC skills, and the ability to lift 20 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–5 years of experience in a high-volume warehouse.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• PC computer skills and ability to complete routine reports.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support activities in assigned warehouse areas to ensure work is completed safely and on schedule.
• Monitor workflow, product handling, labeling, and order preparation for quality and compliance.
• Train and guide team members on safety rules, operating instructions, and standard work practices.
• Communicate priorities and needs with employees, supervisors, and leadership.
• Identify and resolve routine problems in a timely, practical manner.
• Complete routine reports and related computer-based tasks accurately.
• Enforce company safety rules and participate in safety initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
