ID Logistics is seeking hands-on Team Leads for our new operation in Henrico, VA. You will lead teams in a high-volume warehouse, driving safety, quality, and productivity while coordinating across areas and resolving routine operational issues.

We offer different shifts with differential pay—Day +$1.50 and Night +$2.00 per hour. This full-time role requires strong communication skills and a high school diploma, with eligibility for 401K and medical benefits.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of experience in a high-volume warehouse environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• PC computer skills for routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to read safety rules and operating instructions.
• Willingness to train and guide team members on safety and standard work practices.

Responsibilities

Description of the Position: Leads with ID Logistics are responsible for supporting operations in a high-volume warehouse environment while helping maintain safety, quality, productivity, and workflow standards. This role works closely with team members to coordinate activities across multiple areas, follow operating procedures, communicate effectively with employees and internal customers, and assist in resolving routine operational issues to ensure accurate and timely completion of work.

Pay: Warehouse Associate Leads: $23.00/hour + shift differential

Shift:All shifts are currently available, including:

Day shift team members earn an additional $1.50 per hour shift differential.

Night shift team members earn an additional $2.00 per hour shift differential.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support activities in assigned areas to ensure work is completed accurately, safely, and on schedule.

• Observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; some college-level study preferred.
• Two to five years of experience in a high-volume warehouse environment,
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• PC computer skills and the ability to complete routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of employees or customers.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to solve practical problems and work with a variety of concrete variables in situations with limited standardization.
• Ability to interpret instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
