Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Lead to oversee a team and day-to-day operations in our Arkansas facility. You’ll ensure inventory accuracy, assign tasks, coach staff, and monitor performance while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Required are 2 years in a warehouse environment, 1 year of SAP experience, and familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems and handheld scanners. A high school diploma or equivalent is expected. Overtime and weekends may be requested.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• 1 year of SAP experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to ensure inventory levels are accurate and orders are completed on time.
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
• Train and coach warehouse team and provide development opportunities; recommend improvements as needed.
• Utilize warehouse management system and maintain proper work documents.
• Maintain exceptional customer service and enforce safety procedures.
