Job summary

This role offers growth within a global logistics leader and a stable day shift schedule. Qualified candidates bring 2+ years in warehousing, experience with WMS and handheld scanners, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to ensure accurate inventory levels and timely order completion.
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
• Train and coach the warehouse team and provide development opportunities; recommend performance improvements.
• Utilize warehouse management systems and maintain proper work documents.
• Establish and promote exceptional customer service.
• Interpret and enforce company policies and safety procedures.
• Safely operate equipment and support warehouse management.
• Track orders and investigate problems.
• Catalog and track goods and supplies.
• Maintain 7S program and keep a clean work environment.
• Work safely to protect yourself and team members.
