Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• Availability to work a fixed day shift and overtime as needed.
• Experience using SAP and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to maintain correct inventory levels and ensure timely order completion.
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
• Train and coach the warehouse team; promote performance improvement where needed.
• Utilize warehouse management system and maintain work documents.
• Establish and promote exceptional customer service.
• Enforce company policies and safety procedures to ensure compliance.
• Safely operate equipment and provide backup to warehouse management.
