Job summary

GXO Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Lead in Locust Grove, GA. You will oversee a team to ensure inventory accuracy, on-time order fulfillment, and adherence to safety and policy standards. The role requires coaching staff and optimizing daily warehouse operations.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in a warehouse, plus 1 year of SAP and hands-on WMS experience, with a commitment to quality service and continuous improvement. This position is full-time with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience.
• At least 1 year of SAP experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to maintain correct inventory levels and on-time orders.
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
• Train and coach warehouse team and provide development opportunities.
• Utilize warehouse management system and maintain documents.
• Promote exceptional customer service and safety compliance.
• Operate equipment safely and provide backup to management.
• Track orders and investigate issues.
• Maintain clean, 7S-compliant work environment.
