Job summary

DSV is seeking a Team Lead, Warehouse to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring timely movement of goods while upholding safety and accuracy. You will supervise staff, coordinate receiving, storage, and shipping, and maintain inventory records with a focus on process improvements.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and problem-solving skills, plus a solid understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates or bachelor's degree in logistics or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of warehouse or logistics experience with 1–2 years in leadership.
• Experience with inventory management, shipping/receiving, and order fulfillment.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
• Solid understanding of warehouse operations and logistics processes.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse personnel tasks and performance.
• Ensure timely receipt, storage and shipment of goods in compliance with policies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct periodic counts.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed and employees trained on SOPs.
• Troubleshoot inventory, equipment, or personnel issues.
• Collaborate with transportation and customer service for smooth operations.
• Participate in process improvement to reduce costs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
