Job summary

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years of warehouse experience, 6 months in a supervisory capacity, and a forklift license or ability to obtain one.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Minimum 2 years warehouse/distribution operations experience with leadership exposure.
• 6 months supervisory experience or training in a distribution environment.

Responsibilities

• Train new warehouse associates and forklift drivers, and conduct PIT certifications.
• Lead daily warehouse activities across shipping/receiving, inventory, and general functions.
• Provide backup to supervisors; review production and safety observations.
• Operate powered industrial equipment and ensure safe, efficient material handling.
• Perform routine paperwork, cycle counts, and safety inspections; report variances.
• Uphold product rotation procedures and support continuous improvement initiatives.
