Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics in New Berlin, WI is seeking a Warehouse Operator Clerk for a 3 day shift (4 a.m. to 4 p.m.). You will support outbound shipping and picking with label control, yard coordination, and data entry for shipments.

Must have a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years in inventory control or warehousing admin. Proficiency with RF scanners and MS Office is expected; ability to handle varied warehouse temperatures is required.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 1-3 years’ experience working in inventory control or warehousing admin experience.
• Must be able to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse during the warmer and colder months.

Responsibilities

• Label Control: Prepare, distribute, and reprint all labels for carton/pallet pickers daily.
• Yard Coordination: Use Y/WMS to communicate outbound pulls to yard drivers daily.
• Administrative Functions: Enter shipment data, issue seals, verify trailer and store numbers for BOLs.
• Safety and Security: Maintain a clean area and ensure seals and sensitive documents are secured.
• Other Duties: Operate RF scanners, printers, and related equipment; follow ISO procedures.
