Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 1 year experience in a logistics/distribution environment.
• Able to operate MHE and forklift equipment.
• Satisfactory completion of forklift training.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and train associates in distribution activities and SOPs.
• Oversee unloading, picking, staging, and paperwork verification.
• Load orders accurately and ensure SOP compliance.
• Communicate professionally with customers and management.
• Ensure product quality, handling, labeling, and packing per SOPs.
• Support safety, housekeeping, and OSHA/MSDS compliance.
• Direct warehouse team and assist with schedules and productivity.
• Initiate corrective actions for non-conformities and report issues.
